Cut beef into bite-sized pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Brown the beef in the pot until the liquid evaporates and it is slightly browned.
Slice onions into thin quarter rings.
Cut carrots into sticks.
Cut potatoes into large sticks.
Add onions to the pot with the beef and sauté for about 5 minutes until soft.
Add carrots and sauté for another 5-7 minutes.
Fry the potatoes in hot oil until they are golden and almost cooked through.
Cut pickles into pieces and add them to the pot, sautéing for 5-7 minutes.
Cut tomatoes into sticks and add them to the pot, cooking for about 7 minutes.
Add tomato paste, salt, and black pepper, mixing well and frying for 3-4 minutes.
Add flour and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Pour in water and simmer until the beef is tender.
Once the beef is tender, add the sautéed potatoes and cook until fully done.
Add garlic and cover the pot, letting it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with chopped parsley on top.
