1/2 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
1 pound shredded smoked cheddar cheese (450 grams)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (10 grams)
3 tablespoons apple butter (80 grams)
1

In a fondue pot, combine 1/2 cup white wine and 1/2 cup apple juice.

Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice to the mixture to help the cheese melt better.

3

Heat the mixture on medium heat until it reaches a low boil or high simmer.

In a bowl, mix 1 pound of shredded smoked cheddar cheese with 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour.

5

Once the liquid is simmering, add the cheese a little at a time, allowing it to melt before adding more.
