Prepare accompaniments using burger bun or pav bread cut into big chunks.

Toast the bread pieces in a pan with 1 teaspoon oil and a pinch of oregano until slightly toasted.

In the same pan, heat some oil and add half teaspoon chopped garlic and boiled potatoes, sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped garlic and roughly chopped tomatoes to the pan, increase the flame to high, add a pinch of salt, and sauté for 10-15 seconds.

In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon butter and add 1.5 teaspoon all purpose flour, sauté for 2-3 minutes until the raw smell is gone.

Add 3/4 cup milk to the flour mixture and whisk continuously until combined.

After 30-40 seconds, add 4 cheese slices and/or 3 cheese cubes to the milk and mix until melted, but leave some chunks of cheese.

Add half cup mozzarella cheese, lower the flame, and mix gently without fully melting the cheese.

Transfer the cheese mixture to a fondue pot and light the tea light candle to keep warm.
