Originating from Nigeria, Suya kebabs are a popular street food, traditionally made with skewered meat seasoned with a spicy peanut sauce. This dish is often enjoyed at social gatherings and is a staple in West African cuisine, reflecting the region's love for bold flavors and grilling techniques. Today, Suya has gained popularity beyond Nigeria, with variations found in many countries, often adapted to local tastes and ingredients.

Add hard beef to a bowl.
Pour in white vinegar and lemon juice to help remove any off aroma from the beef.
Let the beef sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then wash it off.
In another bowl filled with water, add skewers to prevent burning when cooking.
Wash the beef thoroughly and place it in a pot on the fire.
Add green marinade, chili flakes, beef seasoning mix, and salt to the beef.
Allow the beef to cook for roughly 15 minutes to release its juices before adding water.
After 15 minutes, add water and cover the pot to boil for roughly 20 to 25 minutes.
Prepare bell peppers by cutting them into four equal parts and set aside.
Cut the onion into four equal parts, then cut each part into three and set aside.
Once the beef is done, remove it from the pot and allow it to cool down.
In a bowl, add suya spice, chili flakes, pepper, and shrimp seasoning, then mix everything together.
Add vegetable oil to the mixture and mix until you achieve the desired consistency.
Arrange the vegetables and beef on the skewers, starting with onion, followed by bell pepper, and then beef.
Repeat the process until all ingredients are used up.
Dip the arranged beef in the suya oil and brush each part of the beef with the suya mixture.
Line the skewers in a baking pan and preheat the oven.
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
