2 tsp white vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt (for sauce)
1/2 tsp pepper (for sauce)

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, diced onion, 4 tbsp ketchup, parsley, milk, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and salt to taste. Mix until well combined.

Place meatloaf mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.

In a small mixing bowl, mix 1 cup ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined. Spread the meatloaf with the glaze when it has 10 minutes left to bake.
