Chop and blend ginger and garlic together in a chopper blender.

Add 0.5 teaspoons of ground turmeric, 2 teaspoons of ground coriander, 2 teaspoons of Kashmir chili, and 1 teaspoon of cumin to the pan and toast the spices for 30 seconds.

Add 1 cup of tomato puree to the pan and cook for 5 minutes to reduce moisture and cook out the spices.

Add 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt to the pan and mix well.

Return the chicken to the pan with all its juices and stir to combine.
