1 pound ahi tuna
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 small cucumber
1 tomato
3 to 4 scallions
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt (for malanga)
1 medium onion
1 can coconut milk (400 milliliters)
1/2 to 2 pounds malanga

Cut ahi tuna into half inch cubes.

In a medium large bowl, combine lime juice, coconut milk, cucumber, tomato, most of the scallions (reserving some for garnish), salt, and pepper, and mix.
