1/2 nos. medium onion
2 nos. garlic cloves chopped
20 nos. curry leaves
2 nos. rampa leaf pieces
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 nos. scotch bonnet chilli
4 cups thin coconut milk
1 cup thick coconut milk

Put all the ingredients listed for meatballs (except ground tuna) into a blender to make a fine chilli paste.

Mix the ground chilli paste with the ground tuna.

Apply oil or water to your hands and form approximately 1-inch size meatballs. Refrigerate until ready to cook.

In a pot, add cooking oil, sliced onion, chopped garlic, curry leaves, and rampa leaves. Sauté until onions are golden brown.

Add tomato paste, curry paste mixture, and salt to taste. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add thin coconut milk and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.

Gently add the meatballs and cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat.

Add thick coconut milk and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
