1/2 Cup Butter
1 1/4 Cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Granulated Sugar
4 1/2 Medium eggs
2 Tins drained tuna
1 heaping Tbsp each Coloured Red bell Peppers
1 Tbsp Pimento Peppers
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
Hot Sauce
3 Tbsp Green Onions
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
Black Pepper

Prepare the panade by combining flour, butter, water, salt, and sugar in a pot and cooking until it forms a dough.

Allow the panade to cool, then mix in the eggs until smooth to create the choux paste.

For the tuna filling, combine drained tuna, red bell peppers, pimento peppers, lime juice, garlic, parsley, onion, green onions, mayonnaise, and season with hot sauce, black pepper, and salt to taste.

Spoon the tuna filling into the choux paste and mix well.

Pipe or spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven until golden brown.
