  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2Mix in the eggs until well combined.
  3. 3Form the mixture into small nugget shapes, about 1 inch in size.
  4. 4Place the flour in a shallow dish and coat each nugget lightly with flour.
  5. 5Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  6. 6Once the oil is hot, carefully add the nuggets in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
  7. 7Fry the nuggets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. 8Remove the nuggets from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  9. 9Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and Andouille sausage, mixing well.
  3. 3Add the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the meat mixture.
  4. 4Mix all the ingredients until well combined, but do not overmix.
  5. 5Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
  7. 7While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
