3 Ground Beef CARNIVORE DIET Recipes

- ●1 lb ground beef
- ●1 cup breadcrumbs
- ●1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ●1/4 cup chopped parsley
- ●1 tsp garlic powder
- ●1 tsp onion powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/2 tsp black pepper
- ●2 large eggs
- ●1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- ●Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 2Mix in the eggs until well combined.
- 3Form the mixture into small nugget shapes, about 1 inch in size.
- 4Place the flour in a shallow dish and coat each nugget lightly with flour.
- 5Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- 6Once the oil is hot, carefully add the nuggets in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
- 7Fry the nuggets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 8Remove the nuggets from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- 9Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- ●1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- ●1/4 cup chopped onion
- ●2 cloves garlic, minced
- ●1 large egg
- ●1 tsp salt
- ●1/2 tsp black pepper
- ●1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- ●1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- ●1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and Andouille sausage, mixing well.
- 3Add the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the meat mixture.
- 4Mix all the ingredients until well combined, but do not overmix.
- 5Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
- 7While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 8Once the meatballs are done, add them to the marinara sauce and let them simmer for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 9Serve the meatballs hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
