Thick Curd - 50g
Kasuri Methi - 1/2 tbsp

Marinate chicken thighs with garlic, ginger, green chilies, lemon juice, salt, turmeric powder, and soy sauce for 60 minutes.

For the second marination, mix mustard oil, melted ghee, chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, tandoori masala, garam masala, thick curd, and kasuri methi with the chicken and marinate for 6 hours or overnight.

Bake the marinated chicken for 20 minutes.
