2 pinches Red Food Colour

Prepare the second marinade by mixing yoghurt, ginger & garlic paste, chaat masala powder, black salt, roasted & crushed cumin, garam masala powder, roasted & crushed coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, crushed dried fenugreek leaves, crushed ajwain, mustard oil, red food colour, and lemon juice.

Combine the first and second marinades with the chicken and let it marinate for a while.

Heat oil and ghee in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until done.
