vegetable oil

🥗Healthier: olive oil

💰Cheaper: canola oil

Olive oil offers healthier fats, while canola is more budget-friendly.

scotch bonnet pepper

💰Cheaper: jalapeño

Jalapeños provide heat at a lower cost.

1

Chop the onion, tomato, and bell pepper. Fry them in an oily skillet at medium heat, mixing regularly. When the onions are cooked, set them aside.

2

Beat the eggs with the Maggi seasoning and pepper in a bowl (do not add salt). Add the cooked veggies and mix well.

3

Reheat the skillet, adding a little bit of oil if necessary. Spread the spaghetti in one layer and pour the egg batter over it.

4

Once the egg is set, push it from the side to spread it evenly. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes at medium heat. When the bottom is golden, flip the omelet (using a plate to avoid breaking it) and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

5

Put the omelet in the baguette and add a sauce of your choice.
