Cantonese Ground Beef Rice and Eggs (窝蛋牛肉)

Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and black pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add diced carrots, peas, and corn; stir and cook until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Push the beef mixture to one side of the skillet and crack eggs into the empty space.

Scramble the eggs until just set, then mix with the beef and vegetables.

Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine all ingredients.

Drizzle sesame oil over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
