1 cup white rice

Sauté tsp of cumin seeds in pressure cooker with a small amount of spray oil.

Chop one onion, 1 chili pepper and grate some ginger. Add all this to the pressure cooker and stir well. Add a small amount of water.

Add in 1/2 tsp turmeric and 3/4 tsp asafoetida powder.

Chop 3 tomatoes and 4 small potatoes. Add to pressure cooker and stir.

Rinse and wash 1 cup of lentil mix and 1 cup of white rice thoroughly and then add to the pressure cooker along with 5 cups of water.

Add in 1/4 cup of fenugreek leaves and salt. Cook on manual pressure for 5 minutes.

Once the mixture has cooked, remove from pressure cooker and season with Garlic Salt, coriander, sumac, lime juice, chopped tomatoes, avocado, salt, and pepper.

Microwave papadoms for 50 seconds, break them up, and add to your bowl.
