Melt 62 g of butter on low heat and let it cool down.
In a bowl, add 100 g of flour and sift it through a strainer (optional).
Add 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder to the flour and mix together.
In another bowl, combine 200 ml of milk and 200 ml of water.
Add 2 eggs to the milk-water mixture and mix together.
Add the melted butter to the mixture and combine.
Use a whisk to remove any flour balls that did not get mixed out.
Leave the batter to rest for 10 minutes.
Heat up your waffle maker to a low setting (number one).
Spread some butter over the surface of the waffle maker.
Pour in the batter, being careful not to add too much to avoid overflow.
Move the batter around to get an even thickness.
Close the lid of the waffle maker and leave until the waffles are golden brown.
Remove the waffles and place them on a plate to cool down and get crispy.
Repeat the process until all batter is used, yielding about six waffles.
Serve with whipped cream and raspberry jam.
