Whip 160 grams of whipped cream until it reaches stiff peaks, being careful not to over-whip it into butter.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the flour mixture, maintaining the air in the whipped cream.
Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron without greasing it.
Cook the waffle until golden brown, checking for a hollow texture inside.
Plate the waffle and optionally sweeten fresh strawberries with sugar for topping.
