Cook the liver steaks, flipping them to season both sides.
Remove the liver steaks from the skillet once cooked.
In the same skillet, add garlic paste and sauté.
Add the sliced red onion and sauté until well cooked.
Add the sliced green peppers and season with salt, black pepper, and cumin; mix well.
Add a splash of water or chicken broth to the skillet to incorporate the flavors.
Return the liver steaks to the skillet and finish cooking in the sauce.
Cover the liver steaks in the sauce to enhance flavor.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
