1

Start by heating a frying pan and add a little more than 1/2 cup sugar.

2

Add 2-3 tablespoons of water to the sugar to start caramelization.

3

Stir constantly to ensure the sugar melts evenly and changes color without burning.

4

Once the sugar is caramelized and has a beautiful color, let it rest for 30-40 seconds.

5

Add 1/2 kg of normal temperature milk to the caramelized sugar and mix well.

6

Add 1 teaspoon of white vinegar to the milk mixture to achieve a creamy texture.

7

Turn off the flame and set the milk mixture aside to cool.

8

In a separate pot, melt 2 tablespoons of ghee.

9

Add 1/2 kg of maida to the melted ghee and roast it on low to medium flame for 8-10 minutes until it changes color and resembles flour.

10

Once roasted, turn off the flame and add the milk mixture to the roasted maida.

11

Mix the ingredients together using a spatula while the mixture is still warm.

12

Once it cools down, use your hands to knead the mixture until well combined.

13

Grease a deep tray with ghee and pour the mixture into it, pressing down to set it evenly.

14

Garnish with almonds, cashews, and pistachios as desired.
