1 tablespoon chicken base
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon cloves
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 cup parsley
1 tablespoon thyme
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 carrots
1 large onion
1 bell pepper
