2 Tomato
2 Green Chilies
6-7 Garlic Cloves
1 inch Ginger
4 Eggs
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Garam masala
Salt to taste

Break 2 eggs in a Mixing pot, add salt to taste and whisk rapidly.

Put a little oil on heated Flat Pan.

When pan Gets hot, Put Egg Mixture on Pan and spread it evenly in round shape.

Keep the flames on Medium.

When the omelette is half done, roll it from one side and then another side.

Flip it and cook the other side on a low flame.

Omelette is done, put it in a Plate.

Likewise cook one more Omelette.

Cut it into lengthwise with the help of a Pizza Cutter / Knife.

Make a roll of one strip and insert a skewer / Toothpick so that it should not lose while cooking.

Like that prepare all the rolls and put them in a Plate.

Take a Mixi jar and put garlic Cloves, Green Chilies, Ginger, Chopped Tomatoes and add little water and make a fine paste / Puree.

Now Heat oil in Wok and put chopped onions and sauté till turn Golden.

Add Tomato Paste and mix.

Add turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, Salt to taste and Garam masala, Mix well and let it cook on Low Flames for 5 Minutes / till oil starts leaving its edges.

Once oil starts leaving its edges, add ½ Cup of water and mix/ stir well.

Put Omelette rolls in Gravy one by one.

Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.

After 5 Minutes, open the Lid.
