In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of warm milk with 1 tablespoon of sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Soak almonds in water for 3-4 hours, peel the skins, and dry them.
Grind the peeled almonds into a fine powder.
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of almond powder with 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder.
Gradually add the milk and sugar mixture to the almond powder, mixing until a dough forms.
If the dough is too sticky, add more almond powder; if too dry, add more milk.
Shape the dough into a ball for easier rolling.
Press the dough between parchment paper to form a medium-thick round disc.
Cut the disc into round shapes using a cookie cutter.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the cut discs on it.
Gather any leftover dough, reshape it into a ball, and repeat the rolling and cutting process.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the discs for 10-15 minutes, checking after 10 minutes for desired crispness.
