Instructions
- 1Mix ground pork, minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and egg in a bowl until well combined.
- 2Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3Place a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface and add a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- 4Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it over to create a half-moon shape, pressing to seal tightly.
- 5Repeat the process until all filling is used.
- 6Prepare a steamer or a pot of boiling water for cooking the dumplings.
- 7Place the dumplings in the steamer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- 8Steam the dumplings for about 15-20 minutes until the filling is cooked through and the wrappers are translucent.
- 9Alternatively, boil the dumplings in water for about 5-7 minutes until they float to the surface.
- 10For pan-fried dumplings, heat oil in a skillet, add dumplings, and cook until the bottoms are golden, then add water and cover to steam until cooked through.
- 11Serve hot with dipping sauce made from soy sauce and vinegar.

- 1Cook the longevity noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- 3Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- 5Stir in the chopped bok choy and julienned carrots, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 6Add the cooked longevity noodles to the skillet, tossing to combine with the vegetables.
- 7Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring well to coat the noodles evenly.
- 8Season with black pepper and mix thoroughly.
- 9Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the flavors.
- 10Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- ●1/4 cup vegetable oil
- ●1 teaspoon salt
- ●1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- 1Prepare the snapper by cleaning and scaling it thoroughly. Pat dry with paper towels.
- 2In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, water, rice wine, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
- 3Place the snapper on a heatproof plate that fits into your steamer. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the fish.
- 4Sprinkle the sliced ginger and scallions evenly over the snapper.
- 5Fill a steamer pot with water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, place the plate with the snapper in the steamer.
- 6Cover and steam the snapper for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 7While the fish is steaming, heat the vegetable oil in a small pan over medium heat until hot.
- 8Once the snapper is done, carefully remove it from the steamer. Drizzle the hot vegetable oil over the fish to create a sizzling effect.
- 9Serve immediately, garnished with additional scallions if desired.
