8 oz longevity noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
1/2 cup bok choy, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, julienned
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp black pepper

Cook the longevity noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
