4 oz ground pork
1/2 cup julienne cut carrots
1/2 cup julienne cut red bell pepper
1/2 cup blanched broccoli buds
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup slender thin beans
3 tbsp stir fry sauce
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 lime wedges
1/4 cup peanuts
1/2 cup additional sliced chilies

Heat a wok or a 12-inch or 14-inch skillet over medium high heat.

Add a combination of sesame oil and olive oil to the pan.

Add chopped garlic and chopped ginger, stirring quickly.

Add sliced chilies to the pan, being cautious of the heat and smell.

Add ground pork to the pan, breaking it up with tongs or a spatula until it is golden and fully cooked.

Add blanched carrot and red bell pepper to the pan, warming them up with the pork mixture.
