1 Large or 2 medium Carrots - Coarsely shredded
1 Tbsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 of a tsp. - Cumin
1 Tbsp - Coriander
1/3 tsp. - Turmeric
1 tsp. - Salt
1/2 tsp - Pepper
2 Cups of Jasmine Rice (rinsed and drained)
3 3/4 Cups of Chicken Broth (may substitute with water or vegetable broth)
Whole head of Garlic - Pealed and coarsely chopped
10 stems - Parsley ( Course stems removed)
5 Stems - Dill ( Course stems removed)
