1 lb ground beef
1 cup rice
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 cup tomato sauce
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup parsley
1 medium carrot
1 cup vegetable broth
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon cumin

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Wash and slice the tops off the bell peppers, removing seeds and membranes.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onion and garlic until translucent.

Stir in ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
