Upside-down Macedonian Moussaka

Chop the onion.
Cut the zucchini into ellipses.
Cut the tomato into circles and put it in a deep dish.
Put cooking oil and onions in the pan.
Add the ground meat to the pan.
Add rice to the pan and stir.
Add previously soaked buckwheat in water and mix well.
Add salt and stir.
Add curry and stir.
Add chopped garlic to the pan.
Add red pepper powder and stir.
Add tomato puree and stir.
Add chickpea flour for thickening.
Grind pepper on the pan.
Sprinkle with herbs and mix well.
Add 200 ml of water and stir to get a homogeneous mixture.
Add herbs and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
Arrange the zucchini in a glass plate.
Put tomato puree on top of the zucchini.
Put the porridge with the meat on top of the tomato puree.
Place zucchini on top of the meat again.
Put tomato puree over the zucchini again.
Put the tomato circles on top.
Put oil over the tomatoes.
Place the lid on the pan and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
