Preheat the oven and prepare a baking dish.
In a bowl, combine eggs and sugar, and whisk until well mixed.

Prepare the syrup by mixing milk and condensed milk in a bowl.
Once the cake is baked, let it cool and then soak it with the milk syrup.
For the caramel, melt sugar in a saucepan until golden, then add whipping cream and butter to create a sauce.
Pour the caramel over the soaked cake.
For the cream topping, whip the whipping cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then spread over the cake.
