Trilece, or Tres Leches Cake, is a beloved dessert in Macedonia and across Latin America, celebrated for its moist texture and rich flavor. Traditionally made with three types of milk, it symbolizes hospitality and is often served during special occasions. The cake has gained popularity worldwide, inspiring variations that incorporate local flavors and ingredients, making it a versatile treat enjoyed by many.

Olive oil provides healthy fats and a unique flavor.
Put 5 eggs in a mixing bowl.
Add 1 finger of less granulated sugar and beat until it foams (about 5 minutes).
Add 2 cups of flour, 1 pack of baking powder, and 1 pack of vanilla, then beat until the ingredients are mixed well.
Pour the prepared dough into the baking tray with the help of a spatula and shake the container to distribute the dough evenly.
Bake at 175 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes.
To prepare the caramel sauce, add 1 water to a saucepan, then add 1 glass of sugar and cook, shaking it from time to time, until the sugar melts and turns caramel color.
When the sugar melts and thickens, put it on low heat, add 1 teaspoon of butter and 1 pack of cream, and mix.
Set the caramel aside to cool completely.
For the soaking sauce, pour 5 glasses of milk and 1 glass of sugar into a pot, stir until the sugar dissolves, and cook on the stove.
When the milk heats up and the sugar melts, take it off the stove.
Make holes in the cake with a toothpick to absorb the syrup thoroughly, then pour the whole milk over the cake.
For the whipped cream, take 1 pack of whipped cream and 1 cup of cold milk and beat with a mixer for 1-2 minutes.
Separate some of the whipped cream from the cake that has absorbed the milk and spread the rest evenly over the cake with a spatula.
Smooth the top with a cake plaster device or spatula.
Pour the cooled caramel sauce over the dessert.
Draw thin lines on the dessert with the reserved whipped cream, then use a toothpick to make perpendicular scratches.
Leave the dessert to cool in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
Cut into slices to serve.
