5 adet yumurtayı çırpma kabına al.
Üzerine 1.5 su bardağı şekeri ilave et ve iyice köpürene kadar yaklaşık 5 dakika çırp.
Unu eleyerek 7 yemek kaşığı ilave et.
1 paket vanilya ve yarım çay kaşığı karbonat ekle.
Spatula yardımıyla yavaşça karıştır.
Dikdörtgen bir borcamı margarinle yağla.
Hamuru borcama eşit bir şekilde yay.
Fırını 170 dereceye ısıt ve hamuru fırına ver, yaklaşık yarım saat pişir.
Kek pişerken 1 paket krem şantiyi 1 su bardağı soğuk süt ile çırp ve buzdolabına kaldır.
Süt şerbeti için 3 su bardağı sütü tencereye al.
1 su bardağı toz şekeri ve 200 ml kremayı ekle, karıştır ve kaynat.
Süt kaynadıktan sonra ocağı kapat ve ılıması için kenara al.
Karamel için bir su bardağı şekeri tavaya koy ve erimesi için karıştır.
Karamel kahverengi olana kadar ara ara karıştır.
1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı ekle ve eriyene kadar karıştır.
Yarım çay bardağı süt ekleyerek karıştırmaya devam et.
Karamel hazır olduktan sonra kekin üzerine süt şerbetini dökmeden önce kürdanla delikler aç.
Sütü kekin üzerine eşit bir şekilde dök.
Kek sütü çektikten sonra krem şantiyi üzerine sür.
Krem şantiden biraz ayır ve sıkma torbasına koy.
Krem şantiyi yay ve üzerine karamel dök.
Karameli kaşıkla yavaşça yay.
Kalan krem şantiyi sıkma torbasına koy ve ince şeritler yap.
Kürdan yardımıyla şeritlerin üzerinden geçerek desen yap.
Tatlıyı buzdolabında beklet ve servis yap.
