1 red medium onion
5 garlic cloves
10 red normal size chili
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 fresh thyme herb sprig
1 lemon zest
1 lemon juice
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 tbsp chicken spice for grilling

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, combine peri peri sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the marinade all over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated.

Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.

Prepare the grill by oiling the grates to prevent sticking.

Place the marinated chicken on the grill, breast side down.

Cook for 20-25 minutes, then flip the chicken.
