Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 medium tomato, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture on both sides.

Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

While the salmon is grilling, prepare the avocado salsa by combining diced avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
