1 lb salmon fillets
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup shallots, chopped
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 red apple, diced
1 cup watermelon, cubed
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 cups kale mix
1 can (15 oz) canned red kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Take a piece of salmon and put some teriyaki sauce on it.

Rub a pinch of garlic into the salmon.
