1

Welcome viewers and introduce the paneer sweet recipe.

2

Take 400 grams of crumbled paneer and mash it well with hands.

3

Put the mashed paneer into a jar and blend it to make a paste.

4

Transfer the blended paneer paste into a kadhai (wok) on high flame.

5

Add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar to the paneer in the kadhai.

6

Cook the mixture on high flame, stirring continuously until the moisture evaporates completely.

7

Once the mixture is dry, add cardamom powder and mix well. Optionally, you can add rose water or kewra water for flavor.

8

Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down before blending again.

9

Once cooled, blend the mixture again in the jar until smooth.

10

Transfer the blended mixture to a plate and add 2 tablespoons of milk powder, mixing well by hand.

11

Optionally, add 1 tablespoon of cream and mix thoroughly.

12

Divide the mixture into two parts.

13

Add food color to one part and mix well until evenly colored.

14

Shape the white mixture into smooth balls.

15

Repeat the same with the colored mixture, forming balls as well.

16

Flatten the white balls and place the colored balls on top, carefully enclosing them.

17

Coat the finished sweets with caster sugar, or you can use desiccated coconut or milk powder for coating.
