Take 3 cups of all-purpose flour and place it in a bowl.

Add 2 cups of shredded coconut to the flour and mix.

Add 3.5 tablespoons of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of salt to the mixture.

Gradually add hot boiling water to the mixture and mix with a spatula.

Once mixed, use your hands to knead the mixture into a soft dough.

Open the can of tuna, drain the water completely, and add it to the bowl.

Mix and squeeze the ingredients with your fingers until the onions become soft and release juice.

Divide the filling into equal size balls.

Flatten one dough ball in your palm, making a well in the center.

Place one portion of the tuna filling into the well and seal the dough around it, forming a smooth ball.

Flatten the filled dough ball slightly in your palm.

Heat a heavy-bottom pan and place the filled dough balls in it without overcrowding.

Cook until the mas roshi begins to take on a golden brown color, flipping them around once every minute.
