1 cup raw Sona Masuri rice
1/2 cup Tu Dal
1/4 cup Moong Dal
1/3 cup jaggery
3 cups milk
1/2 cup thick poha
1 tablespoon ghee
mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, raisins)
1 small piece of tamarind
turmeric powder
salt
cardamom powder
cluster beans (kangai)
white pumpkin (pushnik)
curry leaves
green chilies
grated coconut
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon Chana Dal
4 dry red chilies
1 small cube of Hing

Soak 1 cup of raw Sona Masuri rice, 1/2 cup Tu Dal, and 1/4 cup Moong Dal in water.

Drain the soaked Dal and grind it without water, adding 1 teaspoon of Hing to make a thick paste.

Chop and add cluster beans to the pressure cooker with the rice and Dal mixture.

Add water to the pressure cooker and cook for three whistles.

In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee and fry mixed nuts until golden, then set aside.

Add 3 cups of milk to the pan and let it boil.

Add 1/2 cup of thick poha to the boiling milk and cook until soft.

Dissolve 1/3 cup of jaggery in 1/4 cup of water and let it cool before adding to the cooked poha and milk mixture.

Add cardamom powder and the fried mixed nuts to the poha mixture and stir well.

Prepare a stir-fry with 2 raw bananas, mustard seeds, and turmeric powder in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil until crispy.

For the white pumpkin dish, add chopped white pumpkin to a pot with water, salt, and spices, and boil until soft.

Grind roasted spices with grated coconut into a paste and add to the cooked pumpkin.

Serve the dishes together.
