Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the butter mixture; mix until combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Scoop out a portion of dough and flatten it in your hand.
Place a whole almond in the center and wrap the dough around it, forming a ball.
Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
