Shred 2 medium size cabbages and place them in a bowl.

If there isn’t enough liquid, add some warm water and cover again, continuing to cook for 20-25 minutes.

After the cabbage loses some volume, add 4 tbsp of tomato sauce and simmer uncovered until fully incorporated, about 5 to 10 minutes.
