Prepare 1 kg of minced meat (pork, can also use a mix of pork and beef).

Chop 4-5 cloves of garlic and add to the minced meat.

Add baking soda, pepper, starch, and salt to the mixture.

Transfer the mixture into a bag, tie it up, and beat the minced meat in the bag.

Place the bag in the freezer for about 40-45 minutes (or in the fridge for 5 hours if not using the freezer).

After chilling, wet your hands with water and form the mixture into mici (sausage shapes).

Heat oil in a pan and place the mici in the oil to fry.

Fry the mici, turning them on all sides until they are browned and cooked through.
