Welcome to the kitchen and introduce the recipe for meatballs served with mashed potatoes.
Combine 500 grams of ground beef and 750 grams of ground pork in a large bowl.
Add 1 finely chopped carrot, 1 bunch of dill, 1 finely chopped onion, and 10 finely chopped cloves of garlic to the bowl with the meat.
Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl.
Add 2 eggs to the mixture and mix again.
Add a slice of bread to the mixture to help hold the meat together when frying.
Season the mixture with salt and mix thoroughly using hands.
Prepare a plate with plain flour for coating the meatballs.
Heat oil in a pan.
Shape the meat mixture into meatballs and coat them in flour before adding them to the heated pan.
Pan-fry the meatballs until they are nicely browned.
Prepare mashed potatoes by adding a little oil or butter and half a cup of milk, mixing until fluffy.
Serve the meatballs with the mashed potatoes.
