400 grams mutton
2 cups water
2 cups basmati rice
2 whole green chilies
2 to 3 teaspoons salt

In a pressure cooker, add 1/4 cup of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of ghee.

Once the oil is hot, add 1 to 2 cinnamon sticks, 3 to 4 green cardamoms, 3 to 4 black cloves, 2 black dried lemons, and 1 bay leaf.

Add 1 chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Stir in 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and sauté well.

Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and mix well, sautéing on low to medium high heat.

Add 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 tablespoon of cupsa spices, and 1 tablespoon of curry powder, sautéing the spices well.

Add 2 chopped tomatoes and mix everything well.

Add 1 Maggi Cube and mix for flavor.

Add 400 grams of mutton pieces and mix well, then add 2 cups of water until the mutton is soaked.

Pressure cook for 5 to 6 whistles or 30 minutes until the mutton is fork tender.

Transfer the mixture to a pot and add 2 to 3 teaspoons of salt.

Add 2 cups of soaked basmati rice and mix well.

Add water until it is 1 inch above the rice level, then mix again.

Add 2 whole green chilies and cook on high flame until bubbles come up.

Once bubbles appear, gently mix the rice and cover with a lid, simmering for 10 to 15 minutes.

After cooking, fluff the rice with a fork.
