1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

3/4 to 1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons butter
1 small bunch parsley
1 small onion
2 to 3 large garlic cloves
2 teaspoons coriander
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon aleppo pepper
1 to 2 teaspoons allspice
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1 tablespoon red pepper paste
2 teaspoons milk
salt
black pepper
4 tablespoons yogurt
garlic to taste
salt to taste

Prepare the dough by mixing the wheat flour, apple cider vinegar, salt, and cold water until a dough forms. Cover and set aside to rest.

Prepare the filling by mixing the ground beef, melted butter, chopped parsley, grated onion, grated garlic, and seasonings together. Refrigerate for at least half an hour.

Roll out the rested dough into a thin sheet, dusting with flour as necessary.

Cut the rolled dough into squares, approximately 2 1/4 inches by 2 1/2 inches.

Place a small amount of filling in the center of each square, then dampen the edges with water and pinch to seal.

Bake the manti until golden and crunchy, or boil them if preferred.

For the yogurt sauce, mix yogurt with garlic and salt, and set aside.

For the paprika sauce, melt butter, add paprika, and pour over the baked manti along with the yogurt sauce.
