1 pound Ground Beef
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
½ Onion
½ a sweet pepper chopped
Olive Oil
Pico de gallo

Prepare your pico de gallo and Happy Cow Cheese dip to your liking. Set aside.

In a large pot, heat some olive oil and fry the onion and sweet pepper until softened.

Add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Cook on medium-low for about 10-15 minutes until the beef is cooked through.
