Cut the mangoes, separating the skin from the pulp and dicing the pulp into medium-sized pieces.

Chop the jalapeno, removing the seeds if you prefer a milder salsa.

Finely chop the mini red peppers, removing the seeds.

Finely chop the red onion.

Roughly chop the cilantro.

In a bowl, add the diced mangoes, chopped jalapeno, chopped mini red peppers, chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro.

Add 3 tablespoons of lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of cumin powder to the bowl.

Mix everything together until well combined.

Transfer the mango salsa into a serving dish or bowl.

Top the salsa with sliced avocado and serve with tortilla chips.
