Dice a whole red bell pepper using a new cutting technique: cut off both ends, slice it open, and roll it out to cut into cubes.

Remove the seeds from 1/2 of a jalapeno and dice it, adjusting the amount based on spice preference.

Cut the mango by making cuts on both skinny sides, avoiding the seed, then cut the flesh into cubes and invert it to remove the cubes.

Chop about 1/4 cup of cilantro, removing most of the stems.

Roll 2 limes to loosen the juice, then juice them using a juicing device or by hand, ensuring to avoid seeds.
