Preparare la polpa ben pulita di 2 limoni e mezzo cucchiaio di buccia grattugiata e metterla nel congelatore per qualche ora.
Mettere tutti gli ingredienti nel frullatore.
Frullare il composto per 3-4 minuti fino a quando non si vedono bollicine incorporate e un po' schiumoso.
Mettere il composto in congelatore per circa 3 ore finché raggiunge la densità desiderata.
Preparare le coppette a piacere e servire.
