Pour the batter onto a lined baking tray and spread evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven until golden and set.

Let the cake cool, then spread the mascarpone and whipped cream mixture over it.

Add sliced strawberries on top of the cream.

Roll the cake tightly and refrigerate before serving.
