Broccoli Pakoda

200 gms broccoli
3 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp maida
1 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
Oil: To Fry

Keep ready 200 gms of broccoli cut into chunks.

In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp of gram flour, 1 tbsp of rice flour, 1 tbsp of maida, 1 tbsp of corn flour, 1/2 tbsp of chilli powder, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Mix all the ingredients well with a spoon.

Start to add little water at a time until you get a dripping consistency batter.

Add the broccoli pieces to the batter and mix well with your hands until all the batter is well spread.

Heat some oil in an iron pot. When the oil is hot, fry the broccoli for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Flip the broccoli to the other side and fry for another 2 minutes on medium flame.

Remove the broccoli pakoras when they are crispy and serve hot.
