2 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp chopped orange bell pepper
1 tbsp chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
2 finely chopped green chillies
1/2 finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp carom seeds (optional)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup gram/garbanzo flour
2 tbsp rice flour
pink salt as per taste

Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 205 degrees Celsius.

In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli florets, chopped orange bell pepper, chopped green bell pepper, finely chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped onion, chilli flakes, carom seeds, turmeric powder, gram flour, rice flour, and pink salt.

Drizzle with olive oil and mix well to coat the ingredients evenly.

Set the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius and cook for 15 minutes.
